Daniel Cataldo – CEO

Daniel Cataldo is an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of SYDLE. He has over 12 years experience in the IT industry and holds a degree in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais.

Leonardo Neves - Chief Information / IT Officer

Leonardo Neves has held positions that entail a great deal of consulting, engineering and support. He has worked at SYDLE since 2005 and has a graduate degree in Project Management.

Felipe Maia - Chief Financial Officer

Felipe Maia has over 10 years experience in finance. He has a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis on internationalization and a specialization in international relations from Harvard University.

Victor Xavier - Chief Human Resources Officer

Victor Xavier has over 11 years experience in the IT industry. He has a master's degree in Psychology and is responsible for the success behind Human Resources Management. For four consecutive years, SYDLE was deemed one of the best companies to work in according to Great Place to Work Institute® International.
