Your privacy is important to us. It is SYDLE's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you on the SYDLE website and other sites and services we own and operate.

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the SYDLE website, service portal, communications, and advertisements – in the context of this Policy, collectively summarized as “Service”, “Services”, or “Site” – except for services that declare to be offered under a different privacy policy.

As a visitor or user of our Site, the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data will be subject to this Privacy Policy and its updates.

Therefore, the use of Services provided by SYDLE will be considered as acceptance of our practices regarding privacy and personal data contained in this Privacy Policy.

You are free to refuse our request for personal data, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired Services.

We request personal information only within the limits necessary to provide you with a Service, always in accordance with fair and lawful means and with your knowledge and acceptance. When we store data, we protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent leaks and incidents, including unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

We do not share personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required by law.

2. Definitions

We understand that some terms related to this privacy policy must be presented for a better understanding of operations related to collected data and the agents involved.

1. General Data Protection Law (LGPD): Federal Law No. 13.709, published on August 14, 2018, regulates Personal Data Processing activities, including in digital media, by natural persons or by legal entities governed by public or private law, with the aim of protecting the fundamental rights of freedom and privacy and the free development of the personality of the natural person.

2. Processing: any operation carried out with Personal Data, whether automated or not. That is, it is the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, storage, archiving, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, diffusion, or extraction.

3. Processing Agents: are those responsible for the processing of personal data; they can be classified in two ways: Controller and Processor.

4. The Controller is responsible for making decisions regarding the processing of Personal Data.

5. The Processor is responsible for applying the processing of Personal Data following the instructions presented by the Controller.

6. National Data Protection Authority (ANPD): the body responsible for activities related to the privacy and security of personal data; furthermore, it monitors companies' compliance with the LGPD.

7. Data Subject: the natural person who owns the collected data that will be the object of Processing by the Processing Agents to whom the information was entrusted.

8. Data Protection Officer (DPO): person appointed by the Controller and Processor to act as a communication channel between the controller, the data subjects, and the ANPD.

9. Personal Data: data that identifies the natural person who owns the data or can be used to identify them, which may include name, RG (ID), CPF (Tax ID), address, identification document, among others.

10. Sensitive Data: personal data on racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, union affiliation or organization of a religious, philosophical, or political nature, data referring to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.

13. Geolocation: feature that, when activated by the Data Subject, allows checking the approximate position of a Device, thus providing estimated information of its location, as well as the estimated time it was accessed.

14. Database: structured set of personal data, established in one or several locations, in electronic or physical support.

15. Anonymization: technique by which data loses the possibility of direct or indirect association with an individual, so that it is subsequently impossible to reverse the process, even through technical solutions, making it impossible to identify the data subject again.
